  Planning your Trip

  1. Select a session for the appropriate age group.
     

  2. Contact us to discuss the trip and get any additional questions answered.  We do provide packages for family members who want to come and watch.
     

  3. Register and pay.    $500 deposit is required to reserve a spot.  The balance is due by May 1 for all summer trips.  All payments are non-refundable.  In the event a player cannot make it, a credit will be given for a future trip.
     

  4. Once balance is paid, you will receive a pre-trip packet of information in the mail.
     

  5. Confirm that you have or will have a passport by the travel date.  For passport information, refer to http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html.
     

  6. Pack these items and get ready for a great trip.
