  Planning your Trip

1. Select a session for the appropriate age group.
    

2. Contact us to discuss the trip and get any additional questions answered. 
    

3. Register and pay.    $500 deposit is required to reserve a spot.  The balance is due 60 days (two months) prior to session date.  I.E. if session starts on July 13, the account should be paid in full by May 13.  Anyone who is registering and paying after this deadline may incur an airfare surcharge.  All payments are non-refundable.
    

4. Once balance is paid, you will receive a pre-trip packet of information in the mail.
    

5. Confirm that you have or will have a passport by the travel date.  For passport information, refer to http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html.
    

6. Pack these items and get ready for a great trip.
